Assisting the Launch of the China–Central and Eastern Europe Smart Agriculture Alliance

This edition of the China Agricultural Machinery Enterprise Innovation Capability Research Report (2026) was officially released by the Institute of Agricultural Equipment Industry Development at Jiangsu University. Since 2024, the evaluation has been conducted for three consecutive years and has become one of the most influential innovation assessment systems in China’s agricultural machinery sector. Jiangsu Huayuan Conflux Industry Co., Ltd. (Huayuan) ranked among the top 30 enterprises nationwide in overall performance. With its constant focus and breakthroughs in irrigation machinery, the company has been recognized for three continuous years as a “Leading Enterprise in Irrigation Machinery.” Its irrigation products rank first in the industry, with multiple key indicators demonstrating outstanding results.

Jiangsu University, together with universities, research institutes, and leading enterprises from China and Central and Eastern European countries, has jointly initiated the establishment of the “China–CEEC Smart Agricultural Technology and Equipment Industry Innovation Alliance.” The alliance aims to converge industry–academia–research resources and establish an international platform for exchange and cooperation, supporting the development of the “China–Bosnia and Herzegovina Smart Agricultural Technology and Equipment and Belt and Road Joint Laboratory.”

Starting from simple manufacturing of reel sprinkler systems, we have gradually expanded into a full product portfolio, including large-scale center pivot irrigation, linear irrigation, intelligent fertigation equipment, IoT-based smart irrigation control systems, and matched PE pipes. Our solutions now consider a wide range of agricultural scenarios, including field crops, cash crops, and landscaping applications. As the leading organization, Huayuan has formulated the industry standard for reel irrigation machines and possesses more than 200 patents. With strong technological capabilities, we continue to strengthen our foundation for sustainable development and drive the standardization and advancement of the industry.

Since officially expanding into overseas markets in 2015, our products rely on high quality and cost-effectiveness—have been exported to more than 30 countries and regions across Central Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. However, challenges remain in areas such as regional market layout and localized operations abroad. Huayuan participated in the round-table discussion on “Leading Agricultural Technology Enterprises and Agricultural Machinery Going Global,” learning from the international expansion experiences of leading domestic peers.
